I have never seen such fast finger movement on a fret board ever in my life. It has taken hours of discipline and practice to achieve such a flexible and smooth style as seen on this video clip. It's rock guitar at the very highest level of skill. If he were playing any faster there would be smoke coming off of the strings. I imagine the tips of, this accomplished, guitar players fingers are hard as nails.
